Welcome to dypt - located at https://dypt.app (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), a web application developed and managed by Poyzer Tech Limited, that is designed to help you organise your life and keep track of your tasks.

Any references to we, us, our, or Poyzer Tech Limited refer to the company that operates dypt. Any references to you or your refer to you as a user of the Service.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://dypt.app, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

Our services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details via Google, Discord or Github. If you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.

The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

This data is used to create your account with us and to provide you with access to our services. You can revoke our access to your information at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable social media provider.

Poyzer Tech Limited processes your data with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, or to protect your rights. We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.

If you choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to these locations and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Poyzer Tech Limited will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

If you are a United States resident, CalOPPA requires Poyzer Tech Limited and other websites and online services collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  • users can visit our site anonymously;
  • our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
  • users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
  • users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at privacy@dypt.app.
  • Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, or plant cookies when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

To delete your personal information

If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. If you choose to delete all data, this will result in the deletion of your account and all associated data and content. You will no longer be able to use our Service.

To stop selling your personal information

Note that we do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within our family of companies, without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law.

Please note, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. But in no circumstances, we will discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Vercel Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Vercel Inc. that tracks and reports website traffic. Vercel uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Vercel services. Vercel may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Sentry is a web analytics service offered by Functional Software Inc. that tracks and analyses errors that occur within our Service. Sentry uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service.

14. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
