At dypt, we want to exceed your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a refund within the first 14 days of your paid subscription.
How It Works
Eligibility
The refund is available to paid subscribers within the first 14 days of their initial subscription excluding the following circumstances:
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- if you are on the free starter plan
- if you have previously received a refund
- if you have consumed more than 50% of your usage limits
- if you have violated our terms of service
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at support@dypt.app within the 14-day period. Please contact us from the email you used to sign up to dypt, state that you'd like a refund and kindly offer a reason, if you're comfortable sharing it. This really helps us improve and is greatly appreciated.
Processing the Refund
Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days to reflect in your account.
After the 14-Day Period
We're unable to offer refunds after the initial 14-day period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
When you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to the paid features on your plan until the end of your current billing period. At that time, your account will be downgraded and you'll be able to select again from one of our plans, including the free starter plan if you wish.
Your task data will still be available, but you'll be limited to the usage limits and features available on the dypt starter plan. You can upgrade your account at any time if you wish to regain access to our premium usage limits and features.
